global corporations as well as charitable NGOs. He is the

prosecution, including PCT patent application and Madrid trademark
application as well as responding Office Action, invalidation
and infringement analysis as well as litigation, due diligence,
technology license and transfer. He has advised many multi-national
companies on registering and prosecuting various patents, designs,
trademarks and copyrights in China, Hong Kong and worldwide.
is a human rights lawyer specialising in business matters
in EMEA, she is also a European Patent attorney and speaks
English, Italian, German, Persian and Azeri. Lida has traveled
the world whilst working for the UN. Lida is now concentrating
in IP law in Europe but still finding time to handle pro-bono
human rights cases.
is currently reading law at the Law School of Oxford Brookes
University with an interest in Human Rights & IP law.
She has been working with GiP as a trainee IP Administrator
for 2 years.

as an IP and Research assistant in a university here in Oxford.
She is responsible for Searches and TM administration
