is the principle at GiP, an associate of the Chartered Institute
of Patent Attorneys (CIPA), member of the Chartered Institute
of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA), a Patent agent before Intellectual
Property Office of United Kingdom (IPO) and a Trade Mark
representative in the UK and World Intellectual Property
Office (WIPO).
Acting as an adviser to several Non-profit entities and
non-governmental organisations, he has a wealth of experience
in business and financial management. He is a qualified
fellow of the Institute of Paralegals (UK) and NYC. He is
also the Finance Officer for several NGOs and is actively
involved in the non-profit sector having gained extensive
experience in industries ranging from micro startups to
global corporations as well as charitable NGOs.

 Olaf
is a Chartered, and a European, Patent and Trade Mark Attorney,
and a Professional Representative before the Office for the
Harmonization of the Internal Market. His experience of intellectual
property spans over 40 years starting in the Civil Service,
moving into corporate practice and then private practice.
Olaf has built up an extensive background of practical and
theoretical experience providing clients with information
and action involving all areas of intellectual property. Olaf
is our consultant attorney.

is our associate in China and managing partner of China Sunbow
Law Firm. Bill has rich experience in patent, design and trademark
prosecution, including PCT patent application and Madrid trademark
application as well as responding Office Action, invalidation
and infringement analysis as well as litigation, due diligence,
technology license and transfer. He has advised many multi-national
companies on registering and prosecuting various patents, designs,
trademarks and copyrights in China, Hong Kong and worldwide. |

Lida Mamalek-Brown
 Lida
is a human rights lawyer specialising in business matters
in EMEA, she is also a European Patent attorney and speaks
English, Italian, German, Persian and Azeri. Lida has traveled
the world whilst working for the UN. Lida is now concentrating
in IP law in Europe but still finding time to handle pro-bono
human rights cases.

 Zara
is a qualified lawyer having worked as an IP Administrator
and Company Administrator for 6 years, playing an active role
onour pro bono cases. She has recently completed her LPC with
an interest in Immigration Law.

is our chief cashier and responsible for attending to payment
of maintenance fees and docketing. She is also PA to Ahad
Ghanbary.
Louisa is a qualified member of Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants and has worked for an International Auditor before
joining us in 2013
